It is not the best way but i have to exprime my point of view:
1- When I see the survey for the Canada Chapter I understant for the firt time the real situation and the real question wasn’t if you like a Chapter for Canada, was: We think kill / colonize the Québec chapter for do the Canadian chapter, is fine for you? yes, yes or yes

I’m in Québec local chapter and global communication team and is fine
for me, I think that people will have the option for participate only in a local (Provice/Region) or in both local and Canada.

3- After use the naivety thath can’t see ther real question (kill Québec chapter) we can say: yes is democrasy, is people that like it!
4- Now is time to kill / Colonize ISOC QC
And I think:
ISOC internatl organization is for participation or for exclusion?
The problem is for all ISOC people or only some people inside?
PD: Sorry my bad english, but is important stop the exclusion.
